Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo
CEO / Founder
Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in regulatory compliance strategy and computer systems validation. She began her career developing FDA-approved manufacturing processes and went on to build risk-based quality systems for operations teams in biotechnology firms.
Her expertise in risk-based strategy and compliance has shaped her consulting work at Genilogix, her leadership as Director of Quality Systems for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Avnet/Tech Data, and most recently, her role as VP of Strategic Solutions at Tx3 Services, where she expanded services to drive technology adoption and help clients advance in compliance, automation, testing, and digital validation.
She is deeply committed to advancing women in validation and CSV, supporting Indigenous communities, and promoting mental health awareness within the life sciences industry.
Grace Shaw
VP of Global Compliance Strategy and Solutions
Grace is a Life Sciences subject matter expert with more than 15 years of experience in IT roles at pharmaceutical manufacturing and biologics companies. Since the launch of ProcellaRX as a Strategic Advisory and SaaS Application Management provider, she has led the development and implementation of global compliance strategies and solutions. In this role, she ensures that the company’s operations, products, and services meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, while guiding cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance that supports strategic growth.
With deep expertise in SDLC and CSV, Grace partners with technical teams to ensure collaborative projects meet stringent compliance requirements, strengthening partnerships and reinforcing ProcellaRX’s commitment to quality and regulatory excellence. Her leadership aligns growth objectives with compliance priorities, helping to enhance the company’s reputation, reduce risk, and drive sustainable expansion.
She is also passionate about mentoring women in technology and leadership, and about building a future rooted in growth, trust, and potential.
Staci Spencer
Vice President of Quality
Staci Spencer, Vice President of Quality at ProcellaRX, brings over a decade of experience in the Life Sciences industry with a focus on Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Validation. She has a proven track record of building and revitalizing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and advancing compliance frameworks, with specialized expertise in sterile injectables and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
Passionate about risk strategy and operational compliance, Staci has been instrumental in supporting startups by streamlining processes and driving high-quality production standards. She is certified as a Quality Management System Lead Auditor and in Regulatory Affairs, bringing both technical expertise and strategic insight to her role.
Based in Sacramento, California, Staci is committed to fostering strong leadership, inspiring the next generation in Life Sciences, and championing causes close to her heart, including animal adoption advocacy.
