What you give us

We collect your name, work email address, company, role, phone number, and message when you fill in a form, request a download, subscribe, or write to us.

What is collected automatically

We collect your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. HubSpot runs this site and sets cookies that recognize a returning visitor.

If you have given us your email address through a form, HubSpot links your later visits, downloads, and email opens to your contact record, so your activity is connected to you by name.

Information from other sources

We may also receive your details from a colleague who refers you, from an event organizer where we speak or sponsor, or from a business contact database.

What we do with it

We use your information to:

• answer you
• send material you asked for
• send our mailing list and event news
• follow up on a business conversation
• keep the site working

We rely on your consent for marketing email and on our legitimate interest in reaching business contacts for the rest.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

Client information is different

This page covers the website.

Information we handle inside a client engagement, including anything in your systems, your documents, or your regulated records, is governed by the agreement we signed with you and by the confidentiality and data protection terms in it, not by this page.

Who else sees it

HubSpot hosts this site and holds our contact records and mailing list. Our email, file storage, and calendar run on Microsoft 365. Our accountants and lawyers see what they need to. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

These companies are in the United States, so if you are elsewhere your information travels there.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records while a business relationship is active and for three years after your last interaction with us, and financial records for seven years.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Cookies

Cookies keep the site working, remember your settings, and tell us which pages people read.

The cookies that recognize you are not strictly necessary, and a banner lets you accept or decline them on your first visit.

Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Write to info@procellarx.co and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We answer within 45 days.

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, the UK, or the EU, your local law gives you these rights formally, along with a right to appeal if we say no and to complain to your regulator.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to children.

Security and changes

We protect your information with encryption and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure.

If a breach affects you, we will tell you.

We update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top shows the current version.
