THE ORIGIN

The name found its meaning.

ProcellaRX started as a functional acronym: Process + Acceleration + RX—a prescription for software quality.

Then we discovered what we'd accidentally named ourselves: Procella is Latin for storm.

We didn't plan the mythology. It found us.

The storm isn't destruction for its own sake. It's the force that clears away what's weak, exposes what's hidden, and makes space for what needs to be built.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

The beliefs that drive us.

Trust is a decision, not a deliverable.

You can't document your way to trust. You can only demonstrate your way there.

Decision Quality is the discipline both industries forgot to build.

Data integrity is foundational—but it's not enough. The harder question is: who decided, with what evidence, at what risk, and who's accountable when it's wrong?

The 20% is where quality lives.

Eighty percent of your SOPs could be automated. The question is what you're doing with the human judgment that remains.

Stagnation is the enemy. Not automation.

The organizations that thrive will be those brave enough to reinvent—not those clinging to processes that feel safe because they're familiar.

The systems weren't built for me. Not as an Indigenous woman. Not as queer. Not as a survivor, or someone in recovery, or someone whose brain works differently. So I built my own path—and earned every step of it. That's the lens I bring to this work: I know what it takes to change systems from the inside when no one designed them with you in mind.

I began my career developing FDA-approved manufacturing processes and went on to build risk-based quality systems for biotechnology firms. I've held leadership roles across consulting, strategic advisory, and executive positions—watching industries optimize for compliance theater instead of actual quality, and deciding to stop pretending that's acceptable.

As ISPE Digital Validation co-lead, author of "Trust Is Not a Deliverable," and creator of The Reinvention Lab, I've built a platform for the conversations these industries need to have. ProcellaRX is my answer. The Courage to Reinvent is my philosophy. And Decision Quality is the discipline I believe we must embrace.

I'm deeply committed to advancing women in validation, supporting Indigenous communities, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, and promoting mental health awareness in life sciences. These aren't separate from my work—they're the reason I do it.
